Had they followed a more structured approach with experienced designers and builders to guide them, they might have discovered solutions that truly fit their needs—or perhaps even moved houses instead of building.
Don’t just rely on google…… ..A solid reference check can reveal so much. Ask the company to walk you through work that is currently being built, as well as finished projects, and speak to their previous clients.
This will give you real insight into who they are. If the company won’t facilitate this crucial step, then you have your answer: they are not the right choice for you.
